Turning Point Launches Bottled Sangria
Trinity Vintners brings Turning Point Sangrias, with the aim to make wines ‘young, approachable and fun’. This range of ready-to-drink sangrias comes after over three years of extensive research on flavors. These come in two variants – Metropolitan (cranberry and orange) and Nashik Mule (orange and ginger ale). The sangrias are packed in 330ml bottles, at a price of Rs. 135 and are available in over 300 outlets across Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Punjab, Delhi, Bangalore, Pondicherry and Kolkata. They will soon be launched in Rajasthan, Hyderabad and Goa.
Sofitel BKC celebrates Sofitel Wine Days
Sofitel BKC is celebrating Sofitel Wine Days with a special menu created by Chef Indrajit Saha as part of their global 40-day wine extravaganza which is on till October 30. The hotel holds a collection of Indian and international wines, with 826 bottles and over 120 varieties. There will be wines from 7 wineries. The hotel’s restaurants will feature set menus paired with wine, during the entire fiesta.
Cathay Pacific’s ‘Wine LIFT’ to cater to wine trade
Hong Kong based airlines Cathay Pacific announced that their cargo division is introducing Wine LIFT offering wine merchants and customers a service tailored to meet their requirements of transporting wine safely and on time. Wine LIFT’s shipments are handled by teams experienced in transporting fragile cargo. Shipment security is also ensured through CCTV. Wine LIFT also offers customers to use cool containers to keep wine within designated temperature ranges.
